| Description: |
| Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for: identifying opportunities and developing new products into the professional and consumer pest control sectors; liaising with a wide spectrum of groups from sales and marketing and customers to research academics to manufacturing. Responsibility will be to pull together customer needs, scientific development and manufacturing constraints into a marketable product. You will need to be involved with product design, testing and verification through to technical support.

| Requirements: |
| Qualified to degree level or higher in a biological science, preferably entomology, with experience of insect pest management and ideally with experience of professional and consumer markets. Experience in insect bioassay would be an advantage. You should be an innovative thinker and have good communication and interpersonal skills. |
| Salary: |
| Competitive package, variable depending on previous experience in this or a similar role. |
